Hiring a lawyer to assist with the preparation of a court case or filing of an immigration application may not always be necessary. The question to be asked is whether hiring a lawyer for your case will improve the chances of success of your particular case.

Our law office advantage:

• All client files are handled by a lawyer, never by a legal assistant. From the beginning of your case to the very end, all phone calls and emails are answered directly by your lawyer.
• We offer discounted initial consultations to provide answers to your questions and explain the legal process. For many clients, a consultation with a lawyer is all that is required.
• For most cases, we offer flat fee services so that clients know their total legal costs before retaining the services of our law office. The legal fees are payable in stages over the span of the case, usually six months to one year.
