Catalin Constantin Mitelut, Barrister & SolicitorMr. Mitelut is a sole practitioner lawyer with a legal practice focused in the areas of immigration and refugee law, civil litigation and real estate law. Mr. Mitelut is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association having graduated from from the University of British Columbia’s Law School. Mr. Mitelut is actively involved in the immigration and refugee communities providing pro bono (free) legal services through Access Justice program at several Vancouver community clinics. |

Peter Szirbek, Legal AssistantMr. Peter Szirbek is a part time legal assistant with Mitelut International. He is a recent graduate of the University of British Columbia Immigration Practitioner Program. Mr. Szirbek is actively involved in immigration issues for Eastern and Western Europe. |
